GORONTALO – One of the professors of public administration at UNG, namely Prof. Dr. Asna Aneta, M.Si, was asked by the Chairperson of the Indonesian Association for Public Administration (IAPA), to be the chief of the IAPA Regional Management Board for the Gorontalo and North Sulawesi regions (DPD IAPA Go-Sulut). The inauguration of Prof. Asna, who currently serves as postgraduate director, was conducted online by the IAPA leadership.
Apart from being the chairman of several other UNG academics, he was also given the trust to fill important positions in the DPD IAPA Go-Sulut and as a member of the organization.
Prof. Asna, in her speech, expressed her gratitude for the trust given to lead the Go-Sulut IAPA organization. He admitted that he was determined to encourage the progress and existence of the organization, especially now that the Go-Sulut IAPA will be stronger because it is supported by human resources and public and private universities in Gorontalo and North Sulawesi.
Prof. Asna, in her remarks, expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to lead the Go-Sulut IAPA group. She stated that she was determined to encourage the organization's progress and existence, especially now that the Go-Sulut IAPA will be stronger because it is supported by human resources and public and private colleges in Gorontalo and North Sulawesi.
"Of course, we hope for the Central IAPA Chair's assistance as well, so that the Go-Sulut IAPA can grow as quickly as other IAPA DPDs," she said.
Meanwhile, the General Chair of the Central IAPA, Prof. Agus Pramusinto, MDA, also congratulated the inauguration of the chairman and the entire board of the Go-Sulut IAPA. The existence of DPP and DPC IAPA is a collaboration that must be strengthened by continuing to partner up and work well in serving members through seminars and joint research (**)
