Guidance and Counseling Services is a psychological assistance service provided for the academic community of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo in maintaining mental health which is carried out in an organized, programmed, systematic, and continuous manner through the Guidance and Counseling Service Unit (UPBK) and implemented by competent personnel. Through this service, it is expected to support the realization of students and graduates of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo who are superior and competitive.
OBJECTIVES
- Providing assistance to students of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo in the form of comprehensive guidance and counseling services;
- Helping students to be able to achieve maturity of self-potential with social entrepreneurial character, superior and competitive, concerning spiritual competence, ability to adapt to multi-ethnic life, in accordance with academic demands and the dynamics of community needs.
SERVICE COVERAGE
- Guidance and counseling services, psychological consultation services and character development for students (UNG academic community);
- Consultation on developing student talents and interests;
- Psychological testing services for UNG academics and the general public;
- Consultation services and clinical services for students (UNG academic community);
- Collaboration with Academic Advisor/Study Program lecturers in providing services to students;
- Receive online consultation and counseling services

SERVICE SCHEDULE
Guidance and counseling services are carried out on working days from Monday to Friday from 08.00 WITA to 15.00 WITA.
