Health services in the form of a health clinic with the name of Pratama Civica Clinic is a health service center in the environment of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Various health services can be obtained by the entire academic community, both students, lecturers, education personnel and even the general public can also get services at this clinic.

The types of health services provided include:

1. Medical consultation and examination
2. Administration of medication according to the doctor's diagnosis
3. Minor medical procedures
4. Simple diagnostic support examinations: blood sugar test, cholesterol test, and uric acid test.
5. Making a health certificate

• Monday – Tuesday: 08.30 WITA – 14.00 WITA
• Wednesday – Thursday: 08.30 WITA – 14.00 WITA
• Friday: 08.30 WITA – 12.00 WITA

• Full service guaranteed:

1. 1. General practitioner outpatient care: every day from 08.00-14.00 WIB;
   2. Medications prescribed by UNG clinic doctors;
   3. Health check-up;

• Health Services Outside of Coverage

1. 1. Treatment/care outside the UNG health clinic;
   2. Over-the-counter drugs, storefront drugs, cosmetic drugs, infertility and endometriosis drugs and other medical devices;
   3. Treatment/care related to obesity and prevention of obesity;
   4. Valid student health insurance participant card/proof of membership;
   5. Obtaining medication outside the UNG Health Clinic pharmacy.

Treatment Requirements:

1. Services are provided to all academics and education staff within UNG and the community outside the campus.
2. Every time you visit, you are required to bring a medical card issued by the UNG health clinic.
3. There is no charge for making a medical card (it is free).
4. For UNG lecturers and education staff, services are provided free of charge a maximum of six times in one semester.
5. For UNG students, services are provided free of charge a maximum of eight times in one semester.
