As a higher education institution which is a work unit of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo is obliged to submit the 2020 Performance Report (LAKIN) as accountability for determining the performance of accountability for the implementation of the State Budget (APBN) and Public Service Agency (BLU).
The basis for compiling this LAKIN is Law Number 8 of 2006 concerning Financial Reporting, Presidential Regulation Number 29 of 2014 concerning the Government Agency Performance Accountability System, and Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Number 53 of 2014 concerning Technical Instructions for Performance Agreements for Performance Reporting and Procedures for Review of Performance Reports (LAKIN); This Performance Report is intended to provide an overview of: First, the success or achievement of strategic programs during 2020, status as of December 31, 2020 and Second, the main obstacles/constraints faced in implementing activities to achieve strategic programs. Meanwhile, the purpose of this report is as a form of accountability for the duties and functions of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo and as input for University leaders in determining strategic programs in the following year and as material in efforts to improve and enhance performance sustainably. The existence of these two main functions makes it clear that the information contained in LAKIN 2020 must be able to meet the information needs of external and internal users.
