GORONTALO - At the beginning of 2023, the number of professors at Universitas Negeri Gorontalo continues to increase with the inauguration of two professors. Taking place at the TC Damhil UNG Ballroom on Tuesday (January 31), the Rector, Dr. Ir. Eduart Wolok, ST, MT inaugurated two lecturers at the Faculty of Sports and Health through the procession of an open senate meeting.

Two of the inaugurated professors were Prof. Dr. Herlina Jusuf, M.Kes, a professor in the field of biostatistics and Prof. Dr. Aisah R. Pomatahu, M.Kes, a professor of sports medicine at the Faculty of Sports and Health.

In his remarks, the Rector appreciated and congratulated the inaugurated professors. The achievement of the highest academic title as a professor in the field of biostatistics and sports medicine shows that the two lecturers deserve and are capable in their expertise.

"Congratulations to the Faculty of Sports and Health for having two more professors and we should be grateful for this achievement since it is an arduous process," said the Rector.

The inauguration has marked that UNG is surrounded by two additional experts in two fields of science, where such a condition is expected to contribute to the advancement and development of science and regional progress.

"Keep up the good work in your expertise and UNG certainly looks forward to the works of the two professors so that they can continue to contribute to UNG's progress towards excellence and competitiveness," he concluded.
