GORONTALO – The selection stage for the Pratama high leadership positions of the general and finance bureau of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo has entered a new phase. Four candidates who have previously passed the administrative selection will take part in a series of ability and capacity assessments to be able to fill strategic positions in the UNG community.

The Chairman of the Selection Committee Prof. Dr. Rauf A Hatu, M.Si, said that at the selection stage this time, Rauf said he would directly involve The National Civil Service Agency (BKN), represented by the Manado BKN assessors, who would act as a test team at several stages of the selection.

"It is hoped that the candidates can compete with each other to show their best abilities through the selection stages in the form of an assessment center, writing papers and interviews," said Prof. Rauf.

Prof. Rauf explained that previously there are 5 registrants were scheduled to take part in an open selection for the position of head of the general and finance bureau, before the selection stage, one registrant resigned as a participant.

"Registrants on behalf of Irwan Yanti, S.Pd, M.Si, have withdrawn from the selection this time so that only four candidates will take part in the selection series," he explained.

Meanwhile, the representative of the Manado BKN assessor team explained, based on BKN regulation number 26, the selection activity will use a moderate method where the assessment will use psychometric measuring instruments.

"Then there will also be competency-based interviews which are used according to the Ministry of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform (MENPAN-RB) regulation number 38 of 2017, where there are eight managerial competencies and one socio-cultural. Furthermore, it will be added with a medium-level simulation," he concluded. (**)
