Starting today, Wednesday (23/3), the Higher Education Entrance Test Institute (LTMPT) has opened the registration stage through the Joint Selection for State University Entrance (SBMPTN) and the 2022 Computer-Based Writing Examination (UTBK).
According to the Rector of UNG, Dr. Ir. Eduart Wolok, ST, MT, UTBK-SBMPTN is an opportunity for prospective students who want to enter state universities but do not have the opportunity to register on the SNMPTN pathway. Based on the schedule submitted by LTMPT as the executor of new student admissions, the UTBK-SBMPTN registration will be open for 24 days starting from March 23 to April 15, 2022.
"Registration on the UTBK-SBMPTN route will start this afternoon at 15.00 WIB, which will be done online via the https:///portal.ltmpt.ac.id page using the LTMPT account that was previously registered by participants," said the Chancellor.
The UNG Chancellor who is also trusted to serve as Deputy Chair II of LTMPT explained that students who can participate in the 2022 UTBK-SBMPTN registration are students who graduate in 2020, 2021 and 2022 from high school, vocational, Madrasah Aliyah and equivalent levels, as well as graduates of package C in 2020, 2021, and 2022 with a maximum age of 25 years as of July 1, 2022.
"The registration period that has been given is quite long, however, it is hoped that prospective students can start the registration stage as soon as possible. Keep in mind, that the value of the UTBK will be a determinant of graduation at the SBMPTN, "he concluded.
