Gorontalo - UNG Bersholawat that begins with the reading of Maulid Al-Mahmud by the Majelis Muhyin Nufuus is part of maintaining political stability in Gorontalo Province. This was stated by the Interim Governor of Gorontalo Hamka Hendra Noer in his remarks at the activity which was held on Tuesday (24/5) at the Rectorate field of the Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.

"I think this is part of the synergy between the ulama, umara and the academic community. If we synergize these three sources of power, Insya Allah, Gorontalo will be more stable and local political stability will be more maintained,” he said.

Hamka said that one of the main tasks assigned to him from the President through the Minister of Home Affairs was to maintain local political stability in the Gorontalo Provincial government.

"I implore the habaib, ulama, forkopimda, and the academic community, let's work together, synergize in the future and we give the best for Gorontalo, so that Gorontalo will move forward and have an economic and social impact on the people of Gorontalo," he hoped.

UNG Bersholawat for Gorontalo was attended by more than 2000 people. This activity began with the reading of Maulid Al-Mahmud by the Majelis Muhyin Nufuus Gorontalo, then continued with tausiyah by KH. Rasyid Kamaru, M.Pd.I, Habib Salim Al-Jufri, Lc. and K.H. Abdullah Aniq Nawawi, LC., MA.
