Several lecturers and education staff will end their service at UNG. The Rector with the entire UNG academic community were present at the farewell ceremony for reassigned lecturer and education staff who retired in 2022.

The lecturers who were reassigned was the former vice chancellor for cooperation, planning and information systems, Prof. Dr. Phil. Ikhfan Haris, M.Sc, who has been appointed as education and culture attache in East Leste, and former Head of General and Finance Bureau Drs. Muhammad W Badu, M.Ap who has entered his retirement period and several other staff.

In his speech, the Rector of UNG, Dr. Ir. Eduart Wolok, ST, MT, said that the friendly moment was held as a form of respect as well as appreciation for lecturers who had officially served in new places and those who had retired.

On this occasion, the Rector also expressed his gratitude to the academic community who have helped, provided support and contributed to the progress of the UNG institution in various fields.

"Even though you are no longer in a popular campus, namely UNG, the support and contributions of ladies and gentlemen are still needed in helping the progress of UNG in the future," he said.
