The waiting of Gorontalo People especially Academic Community of Gorontalo State University to have new Definitive Rector immediately has been answered. Tomorrow, 26 September 2019, the elected Rector of UNG Dr. Eduart Wolok, St, MT, will be inaugurated by Minister of Research and Higher Education Prof. Mohamad Nasir, Ph.D.,.

Head of Sub Division of Law and Public Relation UNG Lenny DJ Muda, SH, states the certainty of the inauguration of Rector of UNG for 2019-2023 periods based on the letters which are sent by the Ministry of Research and Higher Education with registration number B/641/M/tu.01.00/2019 signed by General Secretary of Ministry of Research and Higher Education Ainun Na’im.

“Inauguration process and oath-taking ceremony will be held at 08.00 WIB, Ministry of Research Education D Building on the second floor,” Lenny said.

According to Lenny the inauguration of Rector of UNG tomorrow becomes the answer of the waiting of Gorontalo people especially UNG Academic Community which have waited for the presence of Definitive Rector of UNG for the 2019-2023 Periods.

With the new Rector, the development program of UNG can run again. The Academic Community of UNG is ready to support the leadership of new Rector, she explains.

Previously Dr. Eduart Wolok, ST, MT, have chosen as the Rector of UNG for 2019-2023 periods through the election process by UNG’s senates member and the representative of Minister of Research and Higher Education. Based on the election result Dr. Eduart gains 63 votes from 105 total votes beyond his competitors Prof. Dr. Ir. Mahludin Baruwadi, MP and Prof. Dr. Ani Hasan, M.Pd.
