GORONTALO – The open selection stage for the primary high leadership position of the head of general and financial bureau of Universitas Negeri Gorontalo has been completed. The final results of the selection assessment conducted by the Selection Committee (Pansel) were officially submitted by the Chairman of the Committee, Prof. Dr. Rauf A Hatu, M.Si, to the Rector of UNG, Dr. Eduart Wolok, S.T, M.T, on Monday (14/3).

As a Chairman of the Committee, Prof. Dr. Rauf A Hatu, M.Si revealed that the results of the selection carried out were an assessment of the open selection stage held from March 7 to March 11, 2022. The assessment aspects in the selection stage include the track record of each candidate, assessment center, paper writing, and interviews.

"The value of the selection results is a cumulative final value consisting of 20% track record, 25% assessment, 20% writing a paper, and an interview stage with a value of 35%," he explained.

According to Rauf, the implementation is based on the regulation of the Constitution No. 5 of 2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), government regulation number 11 of 2017 concerning the management of ASN, and the circular letter of MENPAN-RB number 17 of 2017 concerning procedures for filling the position of primary high leader in government agencies and the MENPAN-RB circular related to the selection of primary high leadership positions during Covid-19.

"The results of this selection are confidential, and only the selection committee will submit it to the Ministry of Education and Culture through the Rector. Furthermore, the results of this selection will soon be submitted by the Rector to the Ministry of Education and Culture to determine the officials who will fill the position," he concluded. (**)
