GORONTALO – At the end of the occupation period Prof. Dr. Syamsu Qamar Badu, M.Pd as Rector, UNG officially has a new rector that is filled by Prof. Drs. John Hendri, M.Si, Ph.D, now. Prof. John appointed as PLT (executive rector's duty) begins 14th of April 2019 based on decision of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education.

On his first duty, Prof. John is going to have a gathering with all directions University, Faculty, Institute and all the lecturers. Prof. John mentioned that his duty was to fill out the empty position of Rector UNG.

"I have a trusted message to be an Acting Rector who always follows up the Tridharma University in UNG until the election of UNG Rector is definitive."

During the duty as Acting Rector. Prof. John asks a support to all the UNG Academic Community to make duty program in 2019 throuh successful.

Prof. John stated that it is not easy to lead a campus/college, so I need a support from all the UNG Academic Community, in particular related in Tridharma University, furthermore the program through success. This is a trusted position, so I have to do my best, absolutely,” He said.
