Gorontalo - The 9th class of Doctoral students of Public Administration, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo held a public policy dialogue as a form of community service in the tri dharma of higher education, Friday (10/6) in Bone Bolango.
impressively, this dialogue also dissects the implementation of poverty reduction policies implemented by the Regional Government of Bone Bolango Regency, which presents Hamim Pou as the Regent of the area as the main resource person.
In delivering his material, Hamim reviewed his policies in Bone Bolango and at the same time reviewed his dissertation entitled Evaluation of Poverty Reduction Policies in Bone Bolango.
Professor of public administration, UNG Prof. Dr. Arifin Tahir assesses that the results of this community service will be used as a policy brief which we will submit to the local government as our input as public administration doctoral students who assess the implementation of public policies in Bone Bolango.
"The breakthrough of this community service program is the collaboration of students and lecturers in the subjects of public policy analysis, public policy reform and strategic management," he explained.
The activity which was opened by the Head of the Public Administration Doctoral Study Program, Dr. Yanti Aneta was also attended by a number of service heads and sub-district heads in Bone Bolango, which was held in the Gorontalo BPMP hall. (**)
