GORONTALO – UNG has made another achievement in the field of student affairs, by successfully obtaining the Student Creativity Program (PKM) grant from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.
The Head of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Student Creativity Center Zhulmaydin Chairil Fachrussyah, S.St.Pi, M.Si, said that the UNG student group funded in 2022 consists of two schemes, namely the Student Creativity Program for Entrepreneurship and the Student Creativity Program for Community Service.
"This year we have again succeeded in passing the student creativity program group to receive a grant from the Ministry, this is certainly an achievement because every year UNG always consistently leads students to be successfully funded," Zhulmaydin said.
He said that the eight student groups to be funded consisted of 5 groups from the sports and health faculties, and one group each for the economics faculty, literature and culture faculty, and engineering faculty.
Meanwhile, the Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Alumni Dr. Mohamad Amir Arham, M.E, expressed his appreciation for the success of eight groups of student creativity programs that were successfully funded by the Ministry. The return of funding for the student creativity program is proof of the consistency of UNG which continues to strive to lead students to achieve funding programs provided by the Ministry.
"It is hoped that the eight funded groups can demonstrate their existence by being able to participate in monitoring and evaluation activities through the Assessment of the Progress of Implementation of the Student Creativity Program (PKP2), as a determinant of participation in the National Student Scientific Week (PIMNAS) activities in 2022," he hoped.
